    The Lady Wolves swim team showed how the home-pool advantage can pay off by taking first this weekend against 10 other teams.     A scuffle over a bag of chips and some dip has led to a mother being charged with two counts of child abuse. Cory E. McCoy, 31, of Green River recently appeared in the Third District Court of Judge Nena James at an arraignment to two counts of child abuse where she pleaded not guilty.     While all of the artists were inside the Expedition Island Pavilion sculpting clay statutes or painting, one was outside in the hot sun to finish his paining. Green River resident J.T.
