    With the help numerous dedicated senior volunteers, the Golden Hour Senior Center was able to pull of a pancake breakfast, flea market and lunch all in one day.     A former Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Deputy pleaded not guilty to for felony perjury charges. Sean Christopher Henry, 44, appeared in the Third District Court of Judge Richard Lavery at an arraignment to the four felony perjury charges. During the arraignment, Henry was notified of the maximum sentences and fine prior to pleading not guilty to the charges.     The Wyoming State Quilt Guild is hosting the 2015 Quilt show in Rock Springs this year. Guild Co-chair Nena James said the event will take place at Western Wyoming Community College on June 25-28. An order for a second competency evaluation was filed in the Third District Court in the Amanda Dawn Triplett case.
