    The Green River Wolves took on the new number one ranked football team in 3A, the Star Valley Braves, this past Friday. The Braves beat the previously undefeated number one ranked Cody Broncs 41-14 before taking on the Wolves.     The Lady Wolves Swimming and Diving team competed in the Rawlins Invite on Saturday. Green River won nine of the eleven events and left the rest of the competition behind them as they raced through the water. Green River dominated the meet with 397.5 points.     The Green River Wolves traveled to Jackson Hole to play in what was characterized as a "must win" game for either team as the Wolves came in with a 1-4 overall record and Jackson was 2-4.     This past Friday at the Wolves' Homecoming varsity football game, Green River played host to the number one team in 3A, the undefeated perennial power Cody Broncs.     The Green River High School Girls and Boys Tennis teams competed with 16 other teams at the Wyoming High School State Tennis Championships in Gillette this past Monday and Tuesday.
