The Green River High School Cross Country team faced new competition last week. The Wolves headed for the Shana Ward Memorial meet hosted by Saratoga last Friday. Green River faced a total of 10 other teams, going up against Cheyenne, Kelly Walsh, Laramie, Natrona County, Pine Bluffs, Rawlins, Rock River, Rock Springs, Saratoga and Ethete. The Wolves headed to Riverton for the Berry Bryant/Kyle Johnson Memorial CC meet hosted by Riverton last Thursday. Green River faced a total of 11 other teams, going up against Arapahoe, Burlington, Cody, Fort Washakie, Lander, Riverton, St. Stephens, Thermopolis, Pavillion, Worland, and Ethete.
