    Jacob Anglesey, once a highly regarded officer with the Green River Police Department, will go to prison. At the end of a two-day sentencing hearing Thursday, Anglesey was sentenced to spend 16-20 years in prison, with credit for 679 days served, for aggravated homicide in the death of two-year-old Konnor Allen in 2009.     The Green River Chamber of Commerce had a major change-up in its staff late last week. According to a press release, Irene Parsons, who had worked as CEO of the camber since August, was no longer working at the Chamber as of Dec. 21. Lisa Herrera will be taking over Parsons’ duties during the interim. Parsons, who formerly worked for Sen.     Movement toward eventually building a new wastewater treatment plant started Tuesday evening after the Green River City Council approved a proposal by Burns and McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc., for design work. The total amount approved was $970,291 and the design is anticipated to be completed in a year.     A chimney fire at the Red Feather Thursday night resulted in a portion of Flaming Gorge Way being closed off as firefighters extinguished the blaze, but resulted in little damage to the restaurant.     The Sweetwater County Historical Museum is pleased to announce an exhibit celebrating its 50th anniversary. Founded in 1967, the museum was originally included in the plans for the new courthouse built that same year and moved into a renovated 1931 post office building next door in 2001.     Around noon last Thursday, traffic on Uinta Drive was diverted and two businesses were evacuated after a contractor hit a gas line. According to Darren Shepherd, Dominion Energy Wyoming spokesman, a contractor completing work near two businesses hit a one-way feed, 2-inch plastic gas line.
