    The Green River City Council issued special use approval for placement of a cell tower near Mansface Tuesday evening. According to Council documents, the tower was requested by Verizon Wireless and will be a 99’ monopole.     Sweetwater County School District No. 2 has one of the highest graduation rates in the state, according to a recent report from the Wyoming Department of Education. The district had a 92 percent graduation rate during the 2016-17 school year, graduating 183 students out of an expected graduate count of 199.     A man arrested in Green River Friday had his bond set at $25,000 cash or surety after being charged with 16 counts of felony voyeurism. Ryan Flaten, 28, is in the Sweetater County Detention Center following his arrest. While voyeurism is often a misdemeanor charge, it becomes a felony when a camera or other recording device is used in the crime.     Jacob Anglesey, once a highly regarded officer with the Green River Police Department, will go to prison. At the end of a two-day sentencing hearing Thursday, Anglesey was sentenced to spend 16-20 years in prison, with credit for 679 days served, for aggravated homicide in the death of two-year-old Konnor Allen in 2009. According to a press release, Irene Parsons, who had worked as CEO of the camber since August, was no longer working at the Chamber as of Dec. 21.
