Last Wednesday, the Green River High School Wrestling teams hit the road and traveled to Evanston to compete in a dual meet with the Evanston Red Devils. Evanston prevailed in a close meet for the boys Varsity, winning with a team score of 41-32. The girls meet was not scored.
On Friday, the Wolves hosted their cross-town rivals the Rock Springs Tigers on Senior Night for the Wolves.
The Green River boys won the Varsity meet 43-28, while the Green River girls also won 29-12. The Wolves Junior Varsity won eight of their 12 matches, also taking a win.
