The Lady Wolves smile as they took third-place at the Lyman Invite.
The new Wyoming State Girls Wrestling program continues to progress as this week the Green River High School Girls Wrestling team traveled to the Bridger Valley to compete with fourteen other Wyoming high schools' girls wrestling teams in the first Lyman Girls Invitational Wrestling Tournament.
The Lady Wolves came away from the competition placing third overall.
In the 100 pound weight class there were only two wrestlers entered, and Jayleigh Wright lost by fall to her opponent from Pinedale. At 110 pounds, Green River's Brianna Uhrig won two of her matches by fall (pinning her opponent)...
