    Officers responded to a motorist assist regarding a vehicle stuck and blocking a turning lane, on Uinta Drive and Roosevelt Drive. Officers issued a traffic warning for allegedly speeding in a school zone at 250 Monroe Avenue. Officers contacted an individual who reported a nuisance regarding smoke from wood stoves in the area on Colorado Drive.     Sue Ann Seneshale, 73, of Rock Springs, passed away April 2, 2016, following a lengthy illness. She was a resident of Rock Springs for 63 years and former resident of Selma, Ala.   She was born on May 1, 1942 in Selma, Ala., the daughter of the late Al D. and Ann Browser Rainville.  Seneshale attended schools in Rock Springs and was a 1959 graduate of the Rock Springs High School.   She married August J. Seneshale in Rock Springs, Dec. 31, 1959.  He preceded her in death on Sept. 9, 1999.... Full story

    Kyle Steven Rodda, 22, of Rock Springs, passed away March 28, 2016.  He was a lifelong resident of Rock Springs. He was born on Dec. 8, 1993 in Rock Springs, the son of Steven Rodda and Stacie Jeanminette Brown.  Rodda attended school in Rock Springs and was a 2012 graduate of Rock Springs High School. He was employed as a foreman operator for Great Basin Industrial.     Funeral services and interment of ashes will take place this summer in Green River for Harry Sheldon Fox, who died March 30, at his home in Washington, Utah, at the age of 79. He had been in declining health for some time. Fox was born September 8, 1936, to George and Frieda Porter Fox, in Green River and grew up on a ranch on the Green.     Frederick Alexander Banks, 52, of Rock Springs, passed away March 26, 2016 at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County, surrounded by his friends, following a valiant battle with cancer. The county is looking at an $8 million shortfall in the coming fiscal year, roughly a 20-percent decrease in revenues from last year.
