    Dear Editor, I was disappointed to learn that the C&M circus will be in Green River on July 1. Culpepper and Merriweather Circus, operated by Eugene “Trey” Key III and Key Equipment Inc, was cited by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for failure to provide shelter to animals from the elements, proper veterinary care, nutrition, and handling.     As a longtime resident of Rock Springs, I was disturbed to find out that a coyote killing contest is being organized in my town. So along with a few friends I decided to protest it. We held signs outside Buddha Bob’s Bar at the Sands on third, fourth, fifth and sixth of February. A group called Wyoming Best of the Best has organized this contest.
