Green River Police Department reports for April 13
At 1:57 a.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence.
At 3:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of property damage.
At 10:38 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for an alleged headlights - one on each side violation.
April 14
At 5 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic offense.
At 5:49 p.m., officers responded to a report of a subject removal at Maverik. Officers met with the reporting party who advised there was an intoxicated individual in the store that was refusing to leave. Officers located the individual, Jeramia Rael, and placed him under arrest for alleged public intoxication and trespass (refuse to leave when asked). Rael was issued citations for the above offenses and was transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center. Officers completed a report of the incident.
At 8:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of an accident.
April 15
At 10 a.m., officers responded to a report of larceny.
At 10:47 a.m., officers responded to a report of vandalism.
At 11:24 a.m., officers responded to a report of larceny.
At 12:04 p.m., officers responded to a report of burglary.
At 3:37 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic offense.
At 4:29 p.m., officers responded to a report of shots fired.
At 5:12 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for an alleged valid certificate of title, certificate of registration, and license plates required violation.
April 16
At 7:40 a.m., officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle.
At 9:10 a.m., officers responded to a report of a larceny. Officers met with the reporting party who advised they had items taken from their vehicle. During the investigation, officers located two additional victims of similar crimes. There have recently been several other reported auto burglaries throughout town as well. At 7:33 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic hazard.

At 10:59 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued the driver, Joshua Sosa, a citation for alleged driving while license cancelled, suspended, or revoked. Officers also issued a warning for an alleged color and mounting of clearance lights and reflectors violation.
At 11:31 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.
April 19
At 12:29 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for an alleged when headlamps required violation.
At 12:38 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged no valid driver's license, MC endorsement, instruction/intermediate permits, expired driver's license, work permit.
At 12:46 p.m., officers conducted a field contact on a vehicle and, after investigation, placed the driver, Kelly Martinez, under arrest for alleged DWUS second or subsequent offense, paraphernalia (possession with intent to use), and interference with peace officer. Martinez was issued citations for the above offenses and transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center. Officers completed a report of the incident.
At 5:47 p.m., officers responded to a report of a weapon offense.
At 7:02 p.m., officers responded to a report of assault.
At 7:04 p.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic hazard.
At 8:49 p.m., officers responded to a report of a subject removal.
At 11:50 p.m., officers responded to a report of a subject removal.
April 20
At 2:09 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued the driver, Sage Mahaffey, a citation for alleged DWUS. Officers also issued a warning for an alleged when headlamps required violation.
At 10:21 a.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.
At 1:22 p.m., officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision at Smith's. Officers met with the driver who advised they had backed into a parked, unoccupied vehicle. The driver, Donel Krmpotich, was issued a citation for alleged inattentive driving with crash and officers completed a report of the incident.
At 11:44 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and, after investigation, determined the driver to be under the influence. The driver, Dalton Gotschall, was placed under arrest for alleged DWUI of alcohol .08 or greater. Gotschall was issued a citation for the above offense as well as an additional citation for alleged compulsory auto insurance - second+ offense. Officers also issued a warning for an alleged turn signals required violation. Officers transported Gotschall to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and completed a report of the incident.
April 21
At 9:14 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged expired temporary license permit/improper registration.
At 11:19 a.m., officers responded to a report of a traffic offense.
At 2:50 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.
At 4:14 p.m., officers responded to a report of a juvenile in possession of tobacco. Officers met with the juvenile, issued them a citation for alleged unlawful use or possession of tobacco by minor - second offense, and completed a report of the incident.
At 5:42 p.m., officers responded to a report of a found person.
At 9:35 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for an alleged when headlamps required violation.
At 10:23 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for alleged speed - generally.
At 10:42 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and issued a warning for an alleged tail lights required violation.
