Track and Field team looks to build on success

Practice started last Monday, March 4, for the Green River High School Girls and Boys Outdoor Track and Field participants, right after the end of the Indoor Track season. Many of the Indoor Track athletes were joined by new athletes that participated in other winter sports.

This season, according to Head Track Coach Dan Hansen, the team has 58 kids out, with the number of boys and girls split down the middle. Coach Hansen believes this is a good balance for both squads.
