Green River Wrestlers compete at Ron Thon

The Green River Boys Varsity and Junior Varsity and the Girls Varsity Wrestling teams competed this past weekend in the Ron Thon Memorial Wrestling Tournament in Riverton along with a large contingent of more than 30 other teams, all from Wyoming. The two-day event included Boys Varsity and JV and Girls Varsity.

The Boys Varsity took third and the Junior Varsity finished in first. The girls team, missing one of their veteran wrestlers, finished in 21st place.

For the girls, Brianna Uhrig led the way with five wins, taking fourth place, with Bianca Maez finishing fifth with three wins.
