Green River Police Department reports for Nov. 26

At 11:37 p.m., officers responded to Jensen Street for a report of an individual laying on the sidewalk who appeared to be intoxicated. Officers met with the individual and detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage. Subsequently, officers placed Delroy Trujillo, of Green River, under arrest and issued a citation for alleged public intoxication.

Nov. 27

At 7:30 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Bramwell Street and issued the driver a written warning for an alleged headlights violation.

At 8:48 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Indian Hills Drive and issued the driver a written warning for alleged speed.

At 9:34 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Monroe Avenue. Officers met with the driver and detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Subsequently, officers placed Krista Buschelman, of Green River, under arrest and issued citations for alleged DWUI, coasting prohibited, and headlamps required. Officers transported Buschelman to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and completed an incident report.

At 10:55 p.m., officers issued the driver Jasmine Moody, of Green River, citations for alleged stop sign and compulsory auto insurance violations.

Nov. 28

At 1:12 p.m., officers responded to Trona Valley Federal Credit Union at 840 Hitching Post Drive for a report of fraud. Officers met with a staff member who reported suspicious checks. Officers gathered information and completed an incident report. 

At 3:25 p.m., officers responded to Maverik at 59 Uinta Drive for a report of a lost wallet. Officers met with an individual who reported their wallet missing. Officers gathered information and completed an incident report.

At 5:07 p.m., officers responded to W Teton Boulevard for a report of a two-vehicle collision. It was reported both vehicles were traveling north on W Teton Boulevard when the first vehicle struck the rear of the second vehicle. Officers subsequently issued the driver of the first vehicle, Joseph Norris, of Green River, a citation for alleged inattentive driving with a crash.

At 6:04 p.m., officers responded to a report of fraud. Officers met with an individual who reported being blackmailed by an individual. Officers gathered information and completed a report of the incident.

At 8:10 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on W 2 S Street and issued the driver, a juvenile, of Green River, a citation for alleged speed.

Nov. 29

At 12:18 p.m., officers responded to Uinta Drive for a report of a nuisance property. Officers attempted to contact the owner and completed a report of the incident.

Nov. 30

At 1:52 a.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence. Officers met with the individuals involved in an altercation. The parties separated. Officers gathered information and completed an incident report.

At 4:12 a.m., officers responded to Uinta Drive for a report of found property. Officers collected found drug paraphernalia and completed an incident report.

At 3:07 p.m., officers responded to a report of an animal bite. Officers met with an individual who wished to surrender their cat after they had been bitten multiple times. Animal Control Officers put the cat on a 10-day Rabies quarantine and completed an incident report.

December 1

At 5:22 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued the driver a written warning for alleged speed.
