At 12:56 p.m., officers responded to W Teton Boulevard for a vehicle parked on the roadway with an expired registration. Officers attempted to make contact at the residence, posted a notice, and completed an incident report.

At 1:18 p.m., officers responded to W Teton Boulevard for a truck and trailer parked on the roadway. Officers posted a notice and completed a report of the incident.

At 1:49 p.m., officers responded to a report of a trailer blocking a sidewalk at Colorado and Pennsylvania. Officers contacted the owner, advised of the complaint, and completed an incident report.  

At 5:17 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Hitching Post Drive and issued the driver a warning for a blinker being out.

At 8:03 p.m., officers responded to Uinta Drive for a report of a disturbance. Officers contacted the individuals, on S 1 W Street, who reported a dispute. Officers gathered information and completed an incident report.

At 9 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Riverview Drive and issued the driver Trevor Ginestar, of Green River, a citation for alleged improper use of high beams.

At 9:14 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Riverview Drive and issued the driver a written warning for an alleged tailights required violation.

Nov. 10

At 8:37 a.m., officers responded to Hitching Post at 580 E Flaming Gorge Way for a report of a collision. A vehicle was traveling through the parking lot and struck the storage Conex box. EMS transported the driver. Officers gathered information and completed a report of the incident.

At 8:55 a.m., ACOs responded to the Horse Corrals at 200 E Teton Boulevard for a report of an animal problem. Officers met with the owner of the horses and advised of the complaint. Officers gathered information and completed a report of the incident.

At 1:04 p.m., officers responded to a report of vandalism. Officers met with the SWCSD 2 Transportation Supervisor who reported finding damage to a bus seat. Officers gathered information and completed a report of the incident.

At 1:27 p.m., officers responded to Clark Street and Bramwell Street for a report of a trailer parked on the roadway with an expired registration. Officers posted a notice and completed a report of the incident.

At 1:41 p.m., officers responded to Bramwell Street for a report of a vehicle parked on the roadway with an expired registration. Officers posted a notice and completed a report of the incident.

At 4:52 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Roosevelt Drive and issued the driver a warning for alleged expired registration.

Nov. 11

At 2:11 p.m., officers responded to Smiths at 905 Bridger Drive for a parking complaint. Officers met with the store manager who pointed out two vehicles that they wanted tagged. Officers attempted to contact the owners, posted notices on the vehicle, and completed a report of the incident.

Nov. 12

At 2:01 a.m., officers responded to Monroe Avenue for a noise disturbance. Officers contacted the resident, advised of the complaint, and completed a report of the incident.

At 12:44 p.m., officers responded to Andrews Street concerning a suspicious vehicle that was left parked and unoccupied. Officers learned the vehicle had been stolen from Rock Springs. Officers gathered information and later located two suspects who attempted to flee the area. One of the suspects was located inside another vehicle, which was found to be an additional stolen vehicle. Both subjects were taken into custody. The suspects were arrested and transported to the Sweetwater County Juvenile Detention Center. Officers completed an incident report.

At 4:57 p.m., officers responded to a report of larceny. Officers met with an employee who reported money from a tip jar had been stolen. Officers gathered information and completed an incident report.

At 7:38 p.m., officers respond to a report of larceny. Officers met with an individual who reported items being taken from their vehicle. Officers gathered information and completed an incident report.

Nov. 13

At 10:59 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on W Flaming Gorge Way and issued the driver a written warning for alleged speed.

At 3:46 p.m., officers responded to a report of vandalism. Officers observed a power box near the green belt on E Teton Boulevard to have black graffiti written on it. Officers gathered information and completed an incident report.

At 8:25 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Uinta Drive and issued the driver a written warning for alleged expired temporary license permit/improper registration.

At 9:23 p.m., officers responded to Upland Way for a report of a disturbance. Officers met with the property manager and attempted to make contact with the tenant. Officers gathered information and completed a report of the incident.

Nov. 14

At 3:35 a.m., officers attempted a traffic stop on Aspen Street but the vehicle was not stopping. The vehicle then struck a second vehicle, which was parked on Ironwood Street. The first vehicle came to rest about 150 yards from the second vehicle. Officers made contact with the driver and issued the driver citations for alleged speed too fast for conditions, eluding a police officer, DWUI - incapable of safely driving, no valid driver’s license, work permit, and compulsory auto insurance. Officers discovered the vehicle to be a stolen vehicle. Officers gathered information and placed the driver, London Posselt, of Green River, under arrest and transported him to the Sweetwater County Detention Center.

At 9:30 a.m., officers responded to W Railroad Avenue for a report of a parking problem. Officers met with an individual who reported the abandoned vehicle on their private property. Officers advised of the process of having the vehicle towed. The vehicle was towed and officers completed a report of the incident.

At 11:27 a.m., officers responded to Elk Valley Drive for a report of a disturbance. Officers met with the individuals involved in a dispute. Officers gathered information and completed a report of the incident.

At 11:52 a.m., ACOs responded to Bridger Drive for a report of an individual who was bitten by a dog and impounded the dog.

At 3:41 p.m., officers responded to the Green River Rec Center at 1775 Hitching Post Drive for a report of a suspicious bag. Officers located a garbage bag with suspected drug paraphernalia inside. Officers collected the items, gathered information, and completed a report of the incident.

At 5:47 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Hitching Post Drive and issued the driver a warning for alleged no tail light.

Nov. 15

At 1:08 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on W 2 S Street and issued the driver a written warning for alleged speed.

At 7:29 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Shoshone Avenue and issued the driver a written warning for alleged speeding in a school zone.

At 8:07 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Shoshone Avenue and issued the driver a warning for alleged speeding.

At 8:15 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on W Teton Boulevard and issued the driver a written warning for alleged speeding in a school zone.

At 8:20 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Uinta Drive and issued the driver a written warning for alleged speeding in a school zone.

At 8:26 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Hitching Post Drive and issued the driver a written warning for an alleged stop sign violation.

At 9:12 a.m., officers along with SCSO deputies conducted a K9 deployment in the parking lot of the GRHS. During the canine search of the parking lot, the deputy’s K9 gave a positive alert on a vehicle. Officers contacted staff and the owner of the vehicle. Officers located paraphernalia inside the vehicle and issued a citation, to a juvenile, of Green River, for alleged unlawful possession - plant form < 3 ounces - first offense. Officers gathered information, collected the items, and completed an incident report.

At 9:50 a.m., officers responded to E 2 S Street for a report of trespassing. Officers met with an employee at UPRR who stated the individual was walking on the tracks. It was also reported the individual was seen walking on the interstate on-ramp. Officers located the subject on Jensen Drive walking in the southbound lane.  Officers gathered information and the subject was subsequently transported by EMS. Officers completed an incident report.

At 11:48 a.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence. Officers met with the individuals involved in an altercation. The parties are separated. Officers gathered information and completed an incident report.

At 1:56 p.m., officers responded to South Carolina Drive for a report of found property.  Officers collected two bicycles that were left on the dirt hill. Officers gathered information and completed an incident report.

At 4:32 p.m., officers responded to N 1 W Street for a report of a suspicious individual. Officers located an individual sitting on a bench behind W Flaming Gorge way. Officers met with the individual and located drug paraphernalia. Officers subsequently placed Betty Jane Morrison, of Green River, under arrest for alleged person using or under the influence of a controlled substance and unlawful possession - plant form < 3 ounces - third offense.

Nov. 16

At 1:41 p.m., officers responded to E Teton Boulevard for a trailer that was parked on the roadway. Officers contacted the owner and completed a report of the incident.

At 5:46 p.m., officers responded to a report of an individual with an active warrant. Dustin Punches, of Green River, was placed under arrest, transported to Sweetwater County Detention Center, and issued a citation for alleged possession of a controlled substance.

At 6:18 p.m., officers responded to a report of a court order violation. Officers met with an individual who reported concerns. Officers gathered information and completed a report of the incident. 

At 6:41 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued the driver a warning for an alleged headlamp violation.

At 8:36 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued the driver a warning for alleged improper lane use and a high beam violation.

At 8:52 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued the driver a warning for alleged speed.

At 10:49 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued the driver a warning for an alleged headlamp violation.

At 11:51 p.m., officers responded to a report of a subject removal. Officers met with an individual who reported the subjects had already left. Officers made contact with the other individuals, gathered information, and completed a report of the incident.

Nov. 17

At 2:10 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued the driver a warning for an alleged obedience to traffic-control devices violation.

At 8:22 a.m., officers responded to N 7 W Street and W Flaming Gorge Way for a report of a two-vehicle collision. It was reported one vehicle was traveling northbound on N 7 W Street while another vehicle was traveling southbound. The vehicles entered the intersection, with the second vehicle initiating a left hand turn and then colliding with the first vehicle. Officers gathered information, issued the driver of the second vehicle, a juvenile, a citation for alleged inattentive driving with a crash and completed a report of the incident.

At 9:55 a.m., officers responded to New Hampshire Street for a report of several non-running vehicles that were reported as a nuisance. Officers attempted to contact the owner, posted a notice, and completed a report of the incident. 

At 10:48 a.m., officers responded to Wyoming Drive for a report of a nuisance property. Officers attempted to contact the owner, posted a notice, and completed a report of the incident.

At 12:01 p.m., officers responded to E 4 S Street for a REDDI report. Officers met with the driver and gathered information. It was reported the vehicle had collided with a guardrail on Uinta Drive. Officers gathered information, issued the driver Anna Beery, of Green River, a citation for alleged inattentive driving with a crash, and completed a report of the incident.

At 1:32 p.m., officers responded to a report of a larceny. Officers met with an individual at the GRPD who reported items missing from their vehicle. Officers gathered information and completed a report of the incident.

At 8:32 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on W 2 S Street and issued the driver a written warning for alleged failure to maintain liability coverage.

At 8:43 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on E Teton Boulevard and issued the driver Sage Puckett, of Green River, citations for alleged vehicle registration and speeding.

Nov. 18

At 8:47 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Uinta Drive and issued the driver a warning for an alleged registration violation.

At 9:45 a.m., officers responded to a traffic complaint on New Hampshire Street. Officers met with an individual who reported a noise complaint from a vehicle that drives past their house. Officers met with the individual, advised of the complaint, and completed a report of the incident.

At 11:08 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Uinta Drive and issued the driver a warning for alleged expired registration.

At 5:48 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Upland Way and issued the driver a warning for an alleged registration violation.

At 8:12 p.m., officers responded to Iowa Avenue for a report of a dog at large. Officers pursued the dog to the residence where it belonged, spoke to the owner of the dog, issued a verbal warning, and completed a report of the incident.

At 8:53 p.m., officers responded to E 2 N Street for a report of an individual who appeared passed out in a running vehicle. Officers observed the vehicle to be running with an individual slumped over the steering wheel in the driver seat of the vehicle. Officers detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Subsequently officers placed Kyler Abbott, of Green River, under arrest, issued a citation for alleged DWUI of alcohol - .08 or greater, and transported Abbott to the Sweetwater County Detention Center.

Nov. 19

At 11:21 a.m., officers responded to Trona Drive for a report of theft from a vehicle, that occurred between Nov. 5 and 6. Officers gathered information and completed a report of the incident.

At 1:06 p.m., officers responded Logan Street for a report of a civil standby. Officers conducted the civil standby, issued a trespass warning at the request of the property owner, and completed a report of the incident.

At 2:31 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Uinta Drive and issued the driver a warning for alleged expired registration.

At 2:50 p.m., officers responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle. Officers observed a boat parked in the alley behind Logan Street. Officers spoke to the owner and advised that the boat and trailer needed to be moved. Officers posted a notice to abate and completed a report of the incident.

At 3:02 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Indian Hills Drive and issued the driver a written warning for alleged speed too fast for conditions.

At 3:48 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Uinta Drive and issued the driver a written warning for an alleged stop sign violation.

At 3:53 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Uinta Drive and issued the driver a warning for alleged expired registration.

At 9:45 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Clark Street and issued the driver a written warning for an alleged turn signals required violation.

At 4:50 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Riverview Drive and issued the driver Colton Decroo, of Rock Springs, a citation for alleged speed.
