Lady Wolves beat Evanston, lose to Jackson Hole Broncs

The Lady Wolves Volleyball team hosted a match against the Evanston Red Devils on Thursday. It was a victorious win for the ladies as they won their first conference game of the year. Green River won the first set 25-22, the second set 25-15 and the last set 25-10.

Highlights from the match against Evanston included Abigail Fuss with 17 digs during the game, Addison Demaret with an ace and several kills and blocks, along with several kills and blocks from Eva Murray and an ace and kills from Rylie Rosas. Taycie Fox also helped achieve the win with several kills and blocks, along with kills from McKinley Killpack and Sydnie Eastman.

On Friday, the Lady Wolves traveled to play a conference match against the Jackson Hole Broncs. Green River fought to get a win but came up short. All the sets were very close for the ladies, but unfortunately Green River lost all three. Jackson won the first set 25-19, the second set 25-21 and the last set 25-22.

On Saturday, Green River will host a conference match against Star Valley at 1 p.m. and on Tuesday they will host a match against Mountain View at 6 p.m.
