Track and Field battles weather during Green River Invitational

This past Friday, Green River High School hosted the Green River Invitational Track and Field meet with 11 other southwest Wyoming schools including Big Piney, Lander, Wyoming Indian, Kemmerer, Mountain View, Pinedale, Rock Springs, Jackson Hole, Evanston, Farson-Eden and Lyman.

The temperature was in the high 30s, but with sustained winds of 20-30 miles per hour with gusts even higher, it was a miserably cold day.
