The Outdoor Track and Field season got underway last week with the beginning of practice on March 6. Green River's boys and girls Head Track Coach Dan Hansen said he is excited for the season to get started as they have the largest turnout they have had in several years, with approximately 70 athletes singed up so far.

While some of the athletes bring experience from previous years, there are also a number of new faces. What is known, however, is the level of performance of the approximately 25 athletes that just completed the Indoor Track season.
