Cross Country persevered through tough conditions

The Green River Wolves Girls and Boys Cross Country teams participated in the Lander Invitational this past week in between rain storms on a muddy cross country course at the Lander Golf and Country Club against ten other local teams.

Head Cross Country Coach Craig Leavitt commented that it was "a slick race with lots of kids slipping and falling in the mud on the hills." Coach Levitt felt that it would be likely that "our kids will be ordering spikes this week as those that did not have them wished that they did."
