Former dispatch center director faces charges

The former director of the Sweetwater County Combined Communications Center and his wife were booked at the Sweetwater County Detention Center Monday.

Robin Etienne, 50, of Ogden, Utah and his wife, Laura Etienne, 55, of Ogden, Utah, both face charges in Sweetwater County.

Robin, the former director of the combined communications center, is charged with theft of an amount greater than $1,000, unlawful use of a credit card and wrongful appropriation of public property. Laura is charged with theft of an amount greater than $1,000 and unlawful use of a credit card.
