Girls play hard against Lady Tigers

Lady Wolves goalie Holly Hunt makes a save against a Rock Springs player Saturday morning while Zoe Turner approaches to support Hunt.

Despite playing one of their best games of the season Saturday, the Green River Lady Wolves soccer team will have to add two more in the loss column.

On Saturday, the Lady Wolves took on the Rock Springs Lady Tigers at home and lost 3-0.

"Rock Springs is a tough team," head coach Tracy Wyant said. "They have strength throughout."

One RS player the Lady Wolves had to keep a track of all the time was Alyssa Bedard, who is currently second in the state for scoring in the 4A division. Wyant said she had Zoe Turner cover Bedard and that worked pretty well.
