The Green River Wolves swimming and diving team continued competition this weekend with a home meet and a meet in Evanston.
During the Evanston meet, the team dominated the competition and came out with a first-place team finish. Green River took first with a total of 382, followed by Rawlins High School with 205 and Lyman High School with 180.
Six teams were at the competition.
Prior to going to Evanston, the team swam at home on Friday with Rawlins High School and Rock Springs High School.
In a previous interview with head coach Colleen Seiloff, she said she is excited to see what the swimmers are going to do and accomplish this season. She also said nothing is better than swimming at home in front of friends and family. She believes it gives the swimmers an advantage.
This week, the Wolves will prepare for two meets. On Friday, the team will travel to Cheyenne to compete at Cheyenne Central, while on Saturday the team will compete at Cheyenne South.
