Spring sports coming to GR

Spring in Wyoming is a little bit different than most states.

At one moment it can be a comfortable 60 degrees with not a hint of wind and within seconds, everything changes.

The wind will pick up to 50 MPH and roof shingles can be seen flying all over Green River. Moments later it will be hailing. That will turn into snow and so the story goes.

While the weather can be chaotic, spring in Wyoming also gives local residents the chance for one more season of high school sports, and it just so happens there will be plenty to cheer for in Green River.
