    Rozella Blunk, 95, of Rock Springs, passed away Oct. 23, 2019, at Deer Trail Assisted Living surrounded by family. She was born Nov. 21, 1923, on her family farm in Hitchcock, S.D., the daughter of Jacob and Bertha Glaze Price. She attended schools in South Dakota and Wyoming. Rozella married Grover Logan Aug. 30, 1940, in Manila, Utah. They divorced and she later married Harold Blunk June 24, 1963, in Las Vegas. He preceded her in death on Nov. 14, 1996.     Betty Louise Jenkins, 89, Rock Springs, passed away Friday, Oct. 25, 2019, at Deer Trail Assisted Living in Rock Springs, A longtime resident of Rock Springs and Vernal, Utah, Jenkins died following a brief illness.     Jeanne Eileen MacLaren-Dewar, 75, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2019, at her home in Green River. She was a resident of Wyoming for over 31 years. Ms. MacLaren - Dewar was born Aug. 21, 1944, in Orange, N.J., the daughter of Malcom James MacLaren and Katherine Marion Jones. She attended schools in New Jersey, and also attended culinary school.   • Cross country season ends

    The Green River High School cross country team’s season wrapped up at the State meet in Star Valley over the weekend. Overall, the boys finished 11th out of 13 teams, scoring 299 points. The team finished ahead of Cheyenne South and Thunder Basin. The top finisher for the boys was junior Greg Sherwin, who has led the Wolves’ times throughout the season.
