SBOCES Executive Assistant Search Sweetwater Board of Cooperative Educational Services (SBOCES) announces an opening for the position of Executive Assistant to the Director. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary contact for all initial SBOCES communications. Must possess excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and social. This individual reports directly to the SBOCES Executive Director. Associate of Arts, Science, or Applied Science degree from an accredited higher education institution is preferred; related institutional/educational experience will be considered. Successful applicant will possess proficiency in bookkeeping, records maintenance, reporting, written and verbal correspondence, invoice, audit and voucher preparation, scheduling of SBOCES programs and classes, current computer proficiency and excellent social media skills. This position is 25 hours per week, including holiday and some educational benefits. Hours may include occasional evenings and weekends as needed. Salary range: $35,000 to $60,000 based upon level of education and related work experience. Start date: Monday, June 9, 2025.
