Green River Police Department reports for March 28

At 9:34 a.m., officers responded to a report of stalking.

At 11:07 a.m., Animal Control Officers responded to a report of two dogs that were at large and acting aggressively. Officers made contact with an owner and issued two citations to Brody Meyer for alleged animal at large.

At 1:47 p.m., Animal Control Officers responded to a report of two dogs that were at large and harassing an individual. Officers made contact with an owner and issued a citation to Susan Crofutt for alleged animal at large.

At 1:52 p.m., officers responded to a report of an individual with an active warrant. Officers transported Russel Hays, of Green River, to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and completed an incident report.

At 3:30 p.m., Animal Control Officers responded to a report of two dogs that were at large and harassing another dog. Officers made contact with an owner and issued two citations to Trinity Bryson for alleged animal at large and nuisance animal.

At 7:51 p.m., officers responded to a report of a structure fire. Officers attempted to make contact within the residence. Officers observed a cat inside the residence and safely removed the cat from the residence. Officers confirmed there was no one inside the residence. GRFD fire crews arrived and extinguished the fire. No suspicious circumstances were suspected. The cat was transported to the animal shelter for safekeeping. Officers completed an incident report.

March 29

At 7:04 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speed.

At 10:15 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speed.

At 11:01 p.m., officers responded to a report of property damage.

March 30

At 12:05 a.m., officers responded to a report of assault.

At 4:49 a.m., officers responded to a report of a runaway.

At 3:33 p.m., officers responded to a report of an individual with an active warrant. Officers transported Austin Little, of Green River, to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and completed an incident report.

At 4:52 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop, arrested the driver Matthew Brown, of Green River, and issued citations for alleged driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; failure to attach plate in horizontal position; and compulsory auto insurance violation - first offense. Brown was transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and officers completed an incident report.

At 7:54 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. Officers arrested Kayla Carlson, of Green River, for alleged public intoxication - third or subsequent offense. Officers transported Carlson to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and completed an incident report.

March 31

At 8:52 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 8:53 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. Officers arrested Zachary Musbach, issued a citation for alleged public intoxication and issued a trespass order. Officers transported Musbach Sweetwater County Detention Center and completed an incident report.

At 9:07 p.m., officers responded to a report of shots fired.

April 1

At 2:01 p.m., officers responded to a report of domestic violence.

At 2:49 p.m., officers responded to a report of larceny.

At 3:08 p.m., officers responded to a report of found property.

At 3:54 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speeding.

At 5:53 p.m., Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a dog at large. Officers met with the owner, issued a citation to Niccole Carroll for alleged animal at large - second offense, and completed an incident report.

April 2

At 8:34 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged expired temporary license permit/improper registration.

At 11:07 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and issued a warning for alleged speeding.

At 3:18 p.m., officers responded to a report of a scam. It was reported an individual had a fraudulent window pop up stating the individual needed to contact Microsoft regarding a bank account that had been hacked. The individual was instructed by the scammer to purchase gift cards and was sent a barcode through text to have the cashier scan the code so the money could be transferred. Monetary losses were reported.

At 4:46 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

At 1:55 p.m., officers responded to a report of threats/harassment.

At 2:08 p.m., officers responded to a report of larceny.

At 9:10 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.
