Monsters, ghouls and goblins of all sorts came out in the dark on Friday night for the first ever Glow in the Dark Halloween Parade hosted by the Downtown Green River Urban Renewal Agency. The Green River Police Department participated in the parade, including a pumpkin-headed inmate (Public Relations Officer Jamie Green) passing out candy.
