Ella Stanton and Jayla Braden spend time with Mozzie, one of the first dogs to enjoy the new Green River Dog Park. The dog park celebrated a ribbon cutting ceremony Saturday morning before officially opening to the public Monday at 9 a.m. "What a beautiful day to celebrate the new Dog Park here in Green River!" the Green River Chamber posted on Facebook Saturday. "What an amazing group that has seen this wonderful project come to fruition." Several representatives from Green River High School's National Honors Society, including Stanton and Braden, showed up for the opening of the park Monday morning to play with the dogs and celebrate the completion of the six-year long project.
