Lady Wolves soccer ends season with two losses, eliminated from State

 


The Green River Lady Wolves soccer team traveled to play their last two conference games last week. On Thursday, Green River fell to Cody with a final score of 2-12. The Lady Wolves knew it would be a tough game playing the undefeated Broncs and they are ranked #1 for a reason, as “they punish you for every mistake you make,” said Head Coach Matt Robles. Isabel Vasco and Olivia Morris made one goal each during the game.

On Friday, the Lady Wolves played their last conference game against the Lady Powell Panthers. Green River scored two goals in the first half to Powell’s three goals....
