Golden Hour Senior Center March Schedule

Wind River Casino Bus Trip:

GHSC will host a second Wind River Casino Bus trip March 24. This will be a day trip to Riverton leaving from GHSC at 8 a.m. and leaving the casino at 4 p.m. Transportation is free for seniors 60 and over. You will need to bring your own money for lunch, gambling and incidentals. A backup date of March 31 has been planned in case of bad weather. Call (307) 872-3223 to reserve your place and fill out your paperwork. Please sign up by March 17. The trip will be the same day as the public breakfast, so come early to get breakfast before leaving.

BRC Hearing: March 23, 10 a.m.

Public Breakfast: March 24, 7-10 a.m.

Art Show Exhibit: March 30, 11 a.m.

Birthday Lunch: March 30, 11:45 a.m.

Weekly Events (may vary by week):

Mondays: Zumba Gold, Line Dancing, Bingo, Pinochle, Bride, Bingo

Tuesdays: Bridge, Bunco, Watercolor, Bingocize

Wednesdays: Sewing/Crafting, Pinochle Class, Chair Volleyball, Bingo, Yoga

Thursdays: Bingocize, Pinochle, Poker, Bridge

Fridays: Chair Volleyball, “31,” Mah Jongg, Bridge, Acrylics

Lunch:

Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with a salad bar served daily.

For those who are 60 and over, a $4 contribution is suggested for meals. For those under 60, a $7 contribution is suggested, which includes tax.

For curbside meals, a $5 contribution is suggested for those 60 and over, and a $8 contribution for those under 60.

GHSC would like to remind everyone that curbside orders are due by 10:30 a.m. each day. To-go meals cannot be packed during the dine-in time. All home delivered meals and cancellations are due by 8:30 a.m.

Golden Hour Senior Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
