GRHS Speech and Debate team takes first at Casper College tournament

The GRHS Speech and Debate team posed to celebrate their victory at Casper College.
The Green River High School Speech and Debate team traveled to Casper College last weekend and came home with a first place win. The team ranked in the 3A Sweepstakes at the tournament, and had team members rank in the top five in multiple events.
Novice Lincoln Douglas: Leo Evans, first
Policy debate: Jordan Poling and Lukas Bagshaw, second
Drama, Novice: Iliana Birmingham, second and Bekalynn Swett, third
Drama, Varsity: Ellie Taylor, fifth
Varsity Extemp: Faith Duncan, second
Varsity Impromptu: Faith Duncan, fourth and MaKynzee Bagshaw, fifth
Novice Info: Bekalynn Swett, first and Jordan Poling, fifth
Novice Oratory: Savory English, fourth
Varsity Poetry: Jasper Kennah, fourth
