Rodeo pays off for cowboys

In two nights of rodeo action featuring more than 100 contestants, the Overland Stage Stampede Rodeo brought hundreds of fans to the Green River's rodeo grounds.
According to information from the city's parks and recreation department, 850 people attended Friday night's competition, with 1,050 attending Saturday. The rodeo paid out $21,500 in prize money to competitors.
