The Green River High School girls basketball team will head into regionals in fourth place this week after finishing conference 7-3 with one loss and one win last weekend.

The annual Make A Wish game against Rock Springs last Thursday ended with a 49-41 loss for the Lady Wolves. The team started well but struggled in the second half, according to Coach Rick Carroll.
