Basketball fans will have a lot of action to look forward to this weekend with the annual Flaming Gorge Classic.

Athletics Director Tony Beardsley said the tournament is larger than it has been in previous years, with 19 girls varsity teams and 18 boys varsity teams participating in the tournament.

Overall, with JV, sophomore and freshman teams counted, the tournament hosts 45 girls teams and 42 boys teams from Wyoming, Utah, Idaho and Colorado.

For the Green River Wolves, it’s a chance to rebound off of a winless weekend in Casper.
