At 10:05 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on East Flaming Gorge Way and issued the driver Riese Allison,19, of Green River, a citation for alleged speeding. 

At 10:49 a.m., officers responded to a report of a scam on Edgar Street. Officers met with an individual who reported they purchased an item from an individual and had not received the item. Officers contacted the individual, who made arrangements to deliver the item.
