Swimmers continue their winning ways

The Green River High School swim team is staying strong with mostly wins at the midpoint of the season.

The team brought home two more wins last weekend, beating Lander at their dual meet on Sept. 23 and taking first against four other schools at the Evanston Invite on Sept. 25, beating Rock Springs in second place by more than 80 points.

The team also picked up one more qualifier last weekend, meaning 10 girls have currently qualified for state, according to Coach Colleen Seiloff. Several other swimmers are close to qualifying, so Seiloff hopes to have even more qualifiers for the competition...
