Green River Star -

Kayla Marie Lewis, 33, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 23, 2021 at her home in Green River. She was a lifelong resident of Green River. Ms. Lewis died following a sudden illness.

She was born on December 10, 1987 in Rock Springs, Wyoming; the daughter of Robert Lewis and Delores Marie Apostolope.

Ms. Lewis attended schools in Green River, Wyoming. She received her nursing degree from Western Wyoming Community College.

She worked for Sweetwater Surgery Center for the last six years as a nurse.

Ms. Lewis is a member of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.
