Troy Lance Lowseth, 49, passed away Friday, Aug. 27, 2021 at his home in Green River, Wyoming. He was a life-long resident of Green River.

He was born July 21, 1972 in Rock Springs, the son of Thomas Lowseth and Elizabeth Charline Lowseth.

Mr. Lowseth attended schools in Green River, and was a 1990 graduate of Green River High School.

Troy was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

He had an amazing attitude and enjoyed every day.
