Green River Police Department reports for Aug. 31

At 11:21 a.m., Animal Control officers responded to a report of a dog off-leash that pulled an individual off of their bike at Expedition Island. Officers were able to locate the dog and owner, and issued a citation to Westley Bingham, 63, of Green River, for alleged animal at large. The case is still under investigation, with a report to follow.

At 2:09 p.m., officers responded to a report of multiple parking violations on Faith Drive. Officers observed the vehicles in violation, tagged, and contacted owners of the vehicles and completed a...
