At 9:30 a.m., officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision. It was reported one vehicle was traveling east on Riverview Drive and another vehicle was traveling west on Astle Avenue, both approaching the intersection. As the vehicle on Astle Avenue passed through the intersection, the vehicle from Riverview Drive initiated a left-hand turn and struck the driver’s side of the other vehicle.
