Mary E. (Dadich) Timlin, 91, passed away Friday, November 20, 2020, at Skyline Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Canon City, Colorado.
A longtime resident of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Mary was born May 12, 1929, in Rock Springs, and the daughter of Chris Dadich and Helen (Andrejasovich) Dadich, immigrants from Dalmatia (Croatia).
She graduated from Rock Springs High School with the class of 1948 and from Western Wyoming Community College with the class of 1988.
Mary worked as the credit manager with Sears for many years, then began her 20-year career with Mountain Bell (Century Link), retiring in 1984. After college, she spent nearly 10 years employed with the Sweetwater County Library System as the Acquisitions Librarian.
She volunteered at the White Mountain Library, at the Fremont Center for the Arts in Canon City, and was also a board member at the Senior Services Solutions in Canon City. Mary was an accomplished artist, sharing many of her talents and paintings with family and friends.
Survivors include daughter, Tina Warren of Cheyenne, Wyoming; niece, Deanne (Dadich) O'Rourke of San Antonio, Texas; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents; son, David Matthew Timlin; brother, Matthew Dadich of El Paso, Texas; sister, Helen Steele of Lebanon, Oregon; and many beloved four-legged companions.
A private family service will be held.
