Teofilo "Tuffy" Romero

Teofilo “Tuffy” Romero passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family. He was a resident of Rock Springs for 75 years.

Following cremation, a celebration of life will take place Saturday at the Young at Heart Senior Center, 2400 Reagan Avenue, Rock Springs.
