Jayce Taggart dressed as a cowboy who tamed one of the Mesozoic Era's most dangerous predators, the Tyrannosaurus Rex, and rides it down Flaming Gorge Way at Green River's Trunk or Treat. With a high of 33 degrees forecasted for Halloween, some may be happy they participated when the weather was nicer.
