Girls' season ends at Regional tournament

 


It was a battle to see which team would advance to state, and the Lady Wolves soccer team came up short.

“They tried,” head coach Tracy Wyant said. “It was a tough, emotional loss.”

On Thursday, the Lady Wolves soccer team went up against Jackson and despite playing hard they came up short, 3-2. With the game being a must-win situation, the loss ended the Lady Wolves’ season and they were a little heartbroken over it.

“It didn’t go our way,” Wyant said. “It wasn’t for lack of effort.”
