A former Green River resident on the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office most wanted list was arrested in Montana for probation revocation on original charges of conspiracy to commit aggravated kidnapping and conspiracy to commit felony theft.
The sheriff’s office announced the arrest of 18-year-old Hayden Anthony Riggs Tuesday evening.
