Richard Allen Vehar

Early in the morning of July 26, 2017, Richard Allen Vehar passed away peacefully in his sleep due to kidney failure.

He was born June 12, 1935, in Rock Springs, to Erwin John Vehar and Hannah Mae Vehar. He was the eldest of three sons and spent most of his young life in Green River, where his parents owned an electrical contracting business. He graduated from Lincoln High School and later attended the University of Utah. He served a mission for the LDS church in the Swiss Austrian Mission from 1955-1959.
