Barbara Lee Pulley

Barbara Lee Pulley, 70, of Rock Springs, passed away Nov. 13, 2016 at her home.

A longtime resident of Rock Springs and former longtime resident of Green River, Pulley had been in ill health for the past four months.

She was born Feb. 1, 1946 in Raton, N.M., the daughter of Julian and Mary Ann Dominguez Vigil. 

Pulley attended schools in Rock Springs and was a 1965 graduate of the Rock Springs High School. 

She married Roger Pulley in Rock Springs Sept. 7, 1974 and he preceded her in death July 14, 2015. 

Pulley was employed at J.C. Penny's as a sales associate for 25 years and retired Feb. 1, 2013. 

She was a member of the Rock Springs Worship Center and also active in Women's Aglow.

Her interests were camping, fishing, spending time with her family and her dog Max.  

Survivors include two sisters, Diane Endres and husband Richard of Star Valley Ranch and sister-in-law Irene Pulley of Pinedale; one niece, Stacey Bundy and husband John of Rock Springs; one nephew, Greg Torres and wife Donna of Meeker, Colo .; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one step-son, Dale Pulley and wife Gayle of Rock Springs; step-daughter Kathleen Perrenoud and husband Robert of Vernal, Utah; her brother-in-law John Pulley and wife Jane of Klamath Falls, Ore. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one sister, Vicki Vigil.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Rock Springs Worship Center in Rock Springs.

Friends may call one hour prior to service.

The family of Barbara Lee Pulley respectfully suggests that donations in her memory be made to Cowboys Against Cancer in Rock Springs.
