Anthony "Tony" Ray Wozniak passed away peacefully, in his sleep Sept. 7, 2016.

He was born Aug. 2, 1975. He was employed by Imerys Perlite.

He was an avid Bronco's fan. He loved video games. He spent a lot of time riding around with his nephew, Jordan, listening to music.

Tony left behind his longtime companion, Deb Herbert; mother Lorelei Oakley Wozniak; father Frank Wozniak; sister Jodee Wozniak; brother Robert Wozniak; nephew Jordan Wozniak; niece Alexa Trovillian; grandfather Ray Oakley; uncle John Wozniak; aunts and uncles including Jane and Jug Seppie, Raul and Joy Oakley, John and Jean Oakley, and many other cousins.

He was proceeded in death by his grandparents Frank and Tess Wozniak, and twin nieces Megan and Kegan Wozniak-Green.

There will be a pot luck gathering to celebrate his life at Veterans Park in Rock Springs Sept. 17, beginning at 1 p.m.
