Officers responded to a motorist assist regarding a vehicle stuck and blocking a turning lane, on Uinta Drive and Roosevelt Drive.

Officers issued a traffic warning for allegedly speeding in a school zone at 250 Monroe Avenue.

Officers contacted an individual who reported a nuisance regarding smoke from wood stoves in the area on Colorado Drive.

Officers received a call of a vehicle with mechanical problems on the bridge on Uinta Drive. Officers worked traffic control while the motorist had help arrive and tow the vehicle.

Officers responded to the Sweetwater County School District No. 2 school bus yard in reference to a report of a passing a school bus violation. Officers completed a report regarding the incident which is under investigation.

Officers conducted a VIN check at 250 Monroe Avenue.

Officers received a call in regards to a report of improper garbage disposal at 420 Uinta Drive. Officers contacted the involved parties who resolved the issue.

An officer was training with a K9 at 1615 Hitching Post Drive.

Detectives are investigating a report of a sexual battery.

Animal control officers received a barking dog complaint on Wilson Street. The owner of the dog was contacted and given a warning.

Animal control officers received a dog at large call, on North 3rd East.

Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance Service on a medical call.

Officers met an individual at the police department who turned in a found set of keys, which were returned to the owner, at 375 W. Flaming Gorge Way.

Officers contacted a resident who had been looking on the internet for a company for a possible loan. The resident was contacted by an individual over the phone with a foreign accent, claiming to be with GE Capital.

The resident was asked for their banking information by the caller, who said money would be sent to their account with instructions to return most of the money via money gram. The resident reported a monetary loss, officer completed a report regarding the incident.

Animal control officers met an individual at the animal shelter who was interested in a pet adoption, at 80 E. Teton Blvd.

A traffic citation was issued for alleged expired registration, on East 2nd Street North.

Officers responded to the School District #2 school bus yard, in reference to a report of a passing a school bus violation, at 1825 Alabama Drive. Officers completed a report regarding the incident, which is under investigation.

Officers received a call of a dog at large that was in the reporting party’s neighbors yard and their yard, on Colorado Drive. Officers located the dog, which was returned its owner.

Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance Service on a medical call.

Officers responded to a traffic complaint regarding a vehicle described as speeding with an occupant leaning out the window, flipping people off, at 905 Bridger Drive.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance, regarding a domestic dispute. One of the involved parties was contacted who advised the other person left the property.

It was reported a verbal dispute occurred that lead to physical contact. Officers completed a report regarding the incident, which was forwarded to the Sweetwater County Attorney’s Office.

Officers received a noise complaint of loud music, on Cumorah Way. Officers contacted the resident who was given a warning and turned the music off.

Officers located a vehicle described in a REDDI report on I-80 that exited into Green River. Brad Byerly, 30 of Green River, was arrested for allegedly driving while under the influence, interference with a peace officer and improper lane change.

Officers were dispatched to an alarm at 665 Uinta Drive. Officers checked the property, and a responsible party for the property arrived who advised everything appeared OK.

Officers responded to a report that a yield sign had been knocked over on Colorado Drive and Maryland Drive. Officers contacted the driver who reportedly was driving north on Colorado Drive, turned left (west) onto Maryland Drive and drove over the curb into the yield sign. No injuries were reported, officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers responded to a report of a two vehicle collision on Uinta Drive and Riverview Drive. It was reported a vehicle was stopped at the red light, facing east on Riverview Drive and Uinta Drive intersection. The vehicle was struck from behind by another

vehicle approaching the intersection that slid as it attempted to stop. Castle Rock Ambulance Service checked on one of the vehicle’s occupants on scene for possible injury, the individual was not transported by the ambulance. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Animal control officers received a barking dog complaint on Pheasant Drive. Animal control officers attempted to contact the resident where a dog was barking and posted a notice at the address.

Officers responded to the Green River Probation and Parole Office for an agency assist, at 140 Commerce Drive, apt. A.

Officers were dispatched to a 911 hang up call. Upon arrival, officers contacted the resident who advised they were OK and the call was accidental.

Animal control officers received a call of a dog at large, on Apache Avenue. While animal control officers were on the way to the area, the reporting party advised someone called for the dog which left.

Officers responded to a two-vehicle collision, on East Teton Boulevard. It was reported a vehicle backed out of a driveway, started moving forward and was struck by a vehicle backing out of a driveway across the street. No injuries were reported, a 16-year-old male, of Green River, was issued a citation for alleged inattentive driving. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers responded to a call, in reference to a found wallet at 905 Bridger Drive.

Officers checked on an unsecured property on Indian Hills Drive, which appeared OK. Officers attempted to contact a responsible party for the property.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance that lead to an altercation, at 41 E. Railroad Avenue. Officers contacted the involved parties who did not want to pursue charges.

Officers were dispatched to an alarm at 80 Uinta Drive. A responsible party for the property arrived and the property appeared OK.

Officers received a call of a vehicle traveling on Uinta Drive with flat tires. Officers located the motorist and a tire shop was contacted to assist them.

Officers responded to a two-vehicle collision at 895 Uinta Drive. It was reported a vehicle traveling south on Uinta Drive attempted to enter a parking lot, while a semi pulling a trailer was attempting to exit the parking lot.

The vehicle contacted the trailer of the semi, no injuries were reported, officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers met with an individual at the police department who turned in a found wallet. The owner of the wallet was located and the wallet was returned.

Animal control officers received a call of a dog at large on Wyoming Drive and Upland Way. The dog was described as black and white with a blue collar.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers contacted the residents who had a verbal dispute.

Officers tagged a vehicle, following a call of an abandoned vehicle on Logan Street.

Animal control officers responded to a report of a dog at large in the area of the rodeo arena.

Officers assisted the Wyoming Department of Family Services on a welfare check.

Officers conducted a VIN check on Alamosa Circle.

Officers responded to a report of a civil dispute on West Virginia Place.

A traffic citation issued for expired vehicle registration, on Hitching Post Drive and Bridger Drive.

A traffic warning was given for a registration violation, the driver had current registration that had not been put on the vehicle.

Officers contacted an individual by phone who had questions regarding child custody, on Cumorah Way.

Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person at 68 N. 1st East, who opened the back door of a business earlier in the evening, then shut the door and left. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the described individual or possible vehicle they were driving.

Officers responded to a report of a vehicle-and-deer collision. Officers contacted the driver who reported no damage to their vehicle. The deer was located and appeared possibly injured but was moving.

Officers received a call of a golden retriever at large on Astle Avenue and Uinta Drive. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the dog.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance. Officers contacted the involved parties who had a verbal dispute.

Officers were dispatched to a 911 hang up call. Officers contacted the resident who was OK and the call was accidental.

Officers responded to a disturbance on Wilderness Trail, in regards to an individual who heard possible gun shots.

Officers checked the area, noted no unusual activity, were unable to locate the source of the noise and received no other calls regarding the disturbance.

Officers checked on an unoccupied vehicle at 175 Scotts Bottom Road.
