Officers received a call, in reference to a deer with a string of Christmas lights caught in its antlers. The deer would not let officers get close to it and Wyoming Game and Fish Department were notified.

Officers contacted a resident by phone for a citizen assist on Hackberry Street.

Animal control officers responded to a report of a dog at large running in the middle of the roadway on West Teton Boulevard.

Upon arrival, officers contacted the owner of the dog who was retrieving their dog.

Officers received a call of a Cocker Spaniel at large on Scott’s Bottom Road that would not let anyone get close to it. The owner of the dog was contacted and found their dog.

Officers responded to a welfare check on an individual who the reporting party could not get in touch with. Officers contacted the individual who was OK, and advised they would contact the concerned party.

Officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision on Trail Drive. It was reported a vehicle traveling south on Apache Drive turned east on Trail Drive and collided with a parked vehicle. No injuries were reported, Cathy Hemker, 60, of Green River, was issued a citation for speed too fast for conditions. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers responded to a report that a storage shed at 425 E. Teton Blvd., that had been broken into and items were stolen. Officers completed a report regarding the incident which is under investigation.

Officers contacted an individual on West 3rd South Street, who was advised to move an abandoned vehicle.

VIN checks were conducted at the Green River Police Department.

Officers were dispatched to an alarm on Fur Street. Officers checked the property which was secure and attempted to contact a responsible party for the property.

The reporting party spoke with the company and advised they would not be charged for the item.

Officers responded to a report of a parking complaint at 500 Nolan Street, in reference to a vehicle which had been parked on the property for a while.

Officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision at 445 E. Flaming Gorge Way. It was reported a camp trailer being pulled by a vehicle struck a parked vehicle. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers received a report of a vehicle stalled in the intersection at Flaming Gorge Way and Uinta Drive. Officers checked the intersection and were unable to locate the vehicle.

Officers contacted an individual by phone who reported receiving harassing phone calls.

Officers picked up two small dogs at large on Hitching Post Drive. The dogs were described as a Poodle and Shih Tzu and were taken to the animal shelter.

Officers contacted a resident who reported their vehicle was damaged while parked at another location Greasewood Street. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers attempted to locate two vehicles described in a traffic complaint as driving recklessly in a parking lot on Bridger Drive.

Alex Meyer, 21, of Green River, was arrested for alleged strangulation of a household member.

Officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision. It was reported a vehicle traveling east on West Flaming Gorge Way attempted to turn onto North 4th West Street, and collided with a parked vehicle.

Robert Ross, 24, of Green River, was issued a citation for speed too fast for conditions.

Romae Eikanger, 54, of Green River, was arrested on an active Green River Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear for a probation revocation hearing on original charges of false alarms and public intoxication.

Officers responded to a welfare check on an individual. Officers contacted the individual who was OK and the concerned party was advised.

Officers were dispatched to an alarm on Washington Street, in which an individual did not have the property passcode. Upon arrival, officers checked the property and advised everything was OK.

Officers were dispatched to a 911 hang up call. Upon arrival, officers contacted the resident who had a verbal dispute with another individual who left prior to the officers’ arrival.

Officers responded to a noise complaint, in reference to loud music on Schultz Street.

It was reported a vehicle was traveling north on East Teton Boulevard, slid on the roadway and struck a guard rail causing minor damage to the vehicle. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.
